Christmas Day 2012

Australian Capital Territory

Ann and I drove over 8,000 kms on a trip east to spend Christmas with Matthew, Bianca, Tyler, Caleb, Noah, Jessica & Levi in Canberra, ACT. Matt is stationed there with the Australian Army, working at   -censored by Army security-   Canberra. We spent 10 days with them, then headed home in temperature up to 49c on the road, so we did not do much sight-seeing.

3 Sisters

Near the lookout at Echo Point, about an hour’s drive west of

Sydney, Australia, the Three Sisters watch over an impressive valley.

They are an Australian tourist icon.

They are also evidence of Noah’s Flood.

Find out why.

                                                        "Thanks Matt, just what I've always wanted."                                   "Dad, you are hopeless!"

Even Grandad got in on the act (me).

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil.
It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones....
My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, nor detest His correction;
For whom the Lord loves He corrects, just as a father the son in whom he delights."

Proverbs ch.3  vs.5-8, 11-12.  The Holy Bible - New King James Version

"No more presents, PLEASE!   My heads spinning."       Perhaps too much sugar?

"I bet I have to clean this mess up!"

               All weary from opening presents.                          "Look Mum, I am actually reading the card!"
